Refund policy

Our goal is simple: if you're not happy with the bundle, you shouldn't be stuck with it. Here's exactly how our refund policy works.
30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund — for any reason. You don't have to justify it. We won't give you a hard time.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@amigurumibundles.com from the address you used to order.
- Include your order number (from your confirmation email) in the subject line.
- That's it. We'll process the refund within 3–5 business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (the card or PayPal account you paid with). Depending on your bank, funds appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to the pattern downloads is revoked, and we ask that you delete any files you've downloaded. This is an honor-system request, but it's part of the license agreement you accepted when you bought.
Exceptions
- Requests after 30 days are reviewed case-by-case. We usually say yes for a legitimate issue, but we're not obligated to.
- Refunds are only available to the original buyer. We can't refund to a third party.
- If you've received a promotional discount and request a refund, the refund is the amount you actually paid (not the full list price).
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We're quick and friendly, and a direct refund is faster for both of us. Unresolved chargebacks may affect your ability to order in the future.
EU / UK customers
Under EU and UK consumer law you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period for most online purchases. For digital downloads this right can be waived once you access the files, which you acknowledge at checkout. Our 30-day guarantee is more generous than the legal minimum and applies to you too.
