Please read these terms carefully before buying or using AmigurumiVault patterns. By placing an order, you agree to everything below.

1. Who we are

"AmigurumiVault", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of this website. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

2. What you're buying

You are buying a license to download and use digital crochet patterns (PDF files). You are not buying the copyright — we (or our contributing designers) keep ownership of the patterns. You are buying the right to use them under the conditions below.

3. Your license — what you CAN do

  • Download every pattern in the bundle, forever.
  • Print the patterns for your own use.
  • Crochet the patterns as many times as you like.
  • Sell the finished crocheted items you make. We only ask that you credit "pattern by AmigurumiVault" when selling.

4. Your license — what you CAN'T do

  • Resell, share, upload, or redistribute the PDF files.
  • Translate or rewrite the patterns and pass them off as your own.
  • Claim authorship of any pattern in the bundle.
  • Use pattern images or photography in your own marketing without written permission.

5. Delivery

Patterns are delivered digitally, usually within 60 seconds of successful payment, via an email containing your download link and your account login details. Digital delivery is immediate — physical shipping does not apply.

6. Refunds

7. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed on the product page in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where we're legally required to collect them. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

8. Content on this site

All text, images, pattern previews, and design elements on this site are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse them without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

We do our best to make every pattern clear, accurate, and beginner-friendly. However, crochet skill varies, and we can't guarantee that every maker will produce identical results. The patterns are provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect losses related to use of the patterns.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AmigurumiVault operates. (Replace this with your actual jurisdiction before going live.)
